Hanoverian Gelding - Ready for Breaking In: Ad Updated 8 July 2013 now with youtube. Please read the additional information about the youtube clip below.

This is like selling one of the children.

Artes Fliegende (Fizz for short) is rising three and is approximately 16hh (6'.0" rug). He is a registered Hanoverian by the Grand Prix dressage stallion Fisherman's Friend out of a performance tested mare by Graf Landau. His breeding could make him suitable for dressage competition, eventing or jumping.

He has a wonderful personality. Not only is he very quiet and sensible but he is intelligent and loves to learn. He has an extremely happy and willing disposition and loves to be part of what is going on.

He is the perfect blank canvas for breaking in. He has been professionally handled and trained from birth and leads, ties up, floats, is rugged and is good to have his feet done. He is well socialized with people and other horses and is as comfortable in a stable as out in a large paddock.

He has never had any injuries, illnesses or accidents and has no known vices. He has no blemishes, lumps or bumps that we are aware of.

This could be the ideal opportunity for someone who wants to break in a horse themselves either to ride or perhaps sell on. Fizz has been priced to give an amateur or professional trainer enough upside to sell on after breaking. Alternately, it is the opportunity for a competitive rider to purchase a top class horse for a bargain price.

All reasonable offers will be considered as we are currently overstocked. Price includes GST

YOUTUBE CLIP NOTES. This is the first time Fizz has had leg wrap and boots on and that we have tried to do any free work with him. It is obvious he is confused about what is going on and doesn't quite know what we want. When we move to the larger paddock he is trying to go back towards the horses he knows who are not helping by whinnying and carrying on. The paddock is also on a slope so his paces are somewhat affected by this.
