Stunning Movement: Jotunheim Azrael - 4yo triple registered gelding by Castellano Arrieus (SO 1210) out of Ballandean Miss Belle (E39).

Azrael is a smart mover, drives through beautifully from the hind, intellegent and eager to learn. Azrael is the best of both worlds combining the natural collection of the Andulsian with the amazing temperament of the Percheron. With Kamilaroi Brigadier in his bloodline (sire of Grand Prix St George dressage competitor Merlin's Masterpiece), he is a born dressage horse and with the right rider has unlimited potential.

Azrael completed his first dressage test in November 2011, scoring 61.5% and a commendation. Azrael will finish over 16hh and begin to dapple over the next year. The Percheron/Andalusian cross, or 'Spanish-Norman', is rare in Australia but increasingly popular in the USA (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spanish-Norman_horse ). Because of his beautiful calm temperament and willing nature Azrael is suited to both the beginner and the more experienced rider
