Cassiago: Grey Holsteiner stallion 171cm (16.3hh) Born 2007.
Cassiago is an exceptional showjumping stallion, the ultimate modern sport horse and breeding stallion with a first class pedigree, a lovely sporty exterior, three elastic balanced paces, a lovely temperament and fantastic rideability. His jump as his pedigree suggests is simply exceptional - careful, powerful and he demonstrates the perfect technique with seemingly unlimited scope.
We are pleased to be able to offer the Australian breeder such a quality stallion. Cassiago combines two of the top showjumping progenitors of all time in one dynamic package. His sire Cassini I jumped internationally under Franke Sloothaak with numerous Grand Prix and Nations Cup wins. Cassini I is the sire of such current legends as Eurocommerce Berlin (European & World Champion) & Cavalor Cumano (World Champion). The dam sire Carthago Z also competed at international level having competed at both the Altanta & Sydney Olympics and is also considered to be one of the most pre-potent jumping sires of all time.
Cassiago's dam is a premium mare (by Carthago Z) and scored a perfect 10 for free jumping in her mare performance test. She has also produced a licensed son and competitive 1.60m horse in Europe.
