There are also still a few spaces for extra stallions who wish to be included. FEI Dressage Committee Says 'NO' to Blood

Statement issued by FEI on 19 October 2011: The FEI has never, and will never, allow any horse with blood anywhere on its body to remain in the Dressage arena. As the current Dressage rules are not specific on the issue of blood, the FEI Dressage Committee, in June of this year, proposed a new rule clarifying that Dressage tests would be stopped immediately if blood appears anywhere on the horse in the arena. The proposal from the Dressage Committee, which will be voted on at the FEI General Assembly next month states this very clearly. ...

Leanne Bartlett has been involved with horses her whole life, she started out showing Appaloosas as a youth and has progressed from there to achieve success across all the western performance events. Based at Canungra in South East Qld, Leanne has trained and competed successfully with Appaloosas, Paints and Quarter Horses at State and National level in all western events, as well as coaching riders and conducting clinics. SES Rescue Mare Stuck in Mud

A Coffs Harbour mare, named Harriet, got into strife yesterday when she decided to take a short cut across a creek on a Bonville property. The distressed horse became stuck in mud and weeds and couldn't get out on her own. Luckily the Coffs Harbour State Emergency Service crews, who had received training for such situations, came to her rescue and were able to pull Harriet out of the deep pond. ...
