Wouldn't it be great if researchers could decipher a way to predict which horses are going to be motivated to learn new things? Authorities suspect a horse killed by the Hendra virus on a Port Douglas property last week may have been infected by bats flying overhead. The property, owned by Cindy and Brad Small opposite the Port Douglas air park, remains in quarantine after the horse died on 3 September....
