AWHA Stallion Auction and Beautiful Broodmares for Sale on Horsezone

The Australian Warmblood Horse Association Ltd (AWHA) Queensland Branch is currently running their online stallion service auction on Horsezone.  The auction commenced on 1 July 2011 and will conclude on 26 August 2011 at 8:00pm EST.  Stallions on offer include:

Aveden Caramia

Specifics:

Nine year old, 16.1hh, bay Warmblood mare (Classic/Contango 11 (imp) x My Lady Tristram)

Why she's on the A-list:

Aveden Caramia is a beautiful mare with a sweet temperament who was broken in then put into foal. Her second foal, Amoen, is by Belcam Agassi.  She is a top broodmare (ACE Warmblood Main Stud Book) with great Warmblood and Thoroughbred bloodlines.  Caramia has recently been put back to work and needs an experienced rider to realise her potential.

Lilly

13 year old, 16hh, chestnut Thoroughbred mare

Why she's on the A-list:

Here is the rare opportunity to purchase a former 4* eventer for performance breeding. Lilly has great paces, is an excellent jumper and a successful international competitor.  She has produced supreme quality performance horses over the last four years and all have been retained for future breeding/competition.

Mikayla

Specifics:

Four year  old, 16.1hh, black Warmblood mare (Richmeed Medallion x Grankavalier mare)

Why she's on the A-list:

Mikayla is currently in foal to Breitling W.  She is a stunning mare with impeccable breeding - Richmeed Medallion was a Grand Prix Dressage horse and has sired many sucesful horses. Grandkavalier was a super stallion renowned for passing on traits for ridability and calm temperaments. Breitling W is the new FN breeding index leader in 2009 with a total of 172 points.  He is Germay's top breeding performance stallion and was ranked the German Equestrian Federation most valuable breeding stallion. Although he has only been used to a limited extent for breeding purposes, which means he has relatively few offspring. He is not only a Grand Prix competitor himself but has sired many Grand Prix horses such as Biagotti W, Baldessarini W, Bertoli W who are all very succeful at Grand Prix as well.

Mikayla is an easy Breeder who went in foal first go to frozen semen. She is easy to handle shows sensational movment.
