Canberra International Horse Trials: 4-5 October 2014

Three hundred competitors and horses, including 3 Olympic medallists will attend the Canberra International horse trials at Equestrian park on the Cotter Rd in Curtin over two days of competition on 4-5 October 2014. 

This extreme horse triathlon has three phases that must be completed in dressage, show jumping and x country.

Come and watch the best riders and horses compete in the heart of the capital.

On Sunday the 3* horses will gallop over 3.7 klm, jump 35 obstacles with a tight time to chase.

A spectacular display of top class horse sport The Canberra international horse trials committee are proud to announce the attendance of three Australian Olympic medallists, Megan Jones Beijing 2008 Silver, Shane Rose Beijing 2008 Silver, and Stuart Tinney, Sydney 2000 Gold. These Olympians will compete for the prestigious FEI  CIC3* title in Canberra  on the weekend of the 4/5 Oct.
