Career Opportunity: Corporate Sales & Administration Assistant with RB Sellars

RB Sellars specializes in quality workwear and casual clothing for men, women and children in the rural market. We are a fast moving company with a highly successful mail order and online business.  

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated all-rounder who is willing to be involved at all levels of our growing Corporate Division.

This position will undertake the following tasks:

  • Sales to Corporate Customers
  • Provide and manage client quotes
  • Raising and processing sales and purchase orders
  • Manage customer enquiries
  • Client artwork set up for embroidery and screen printing services. 
  • Quality control of embroidery and screen printing
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Picking and packing stock, despatching goods and repacking garments.
  • Administrative office duties (client file management)

To be successful in this role you will be highly organised, efficient, possess excellent communication skills and be able to work in a fast paced environment within tight deadlines.

Strong sales & administrative skills, the ability to work both autonomously and in a team will see you succeed in this role. Your Apple MAC, Word, Excel and Outlook skills will be advanced and your attention to detail will be unquestionable.

Previous Apple MAC experience and working with Adobe creative suite would be beneficial but not a must. Technical knowledge of embroidery and screen printing services will be viewed favourably.
