The Central Western Dressage Group (CWDG) is one of the oldest Dressage Clubs outside the Sydney Metropolitan area and is believed to have been established in 1965. Keen local dressage riders from that period got together regularly to organise and attend clinics with renowned classical instructors, such as Franz Maringer, the Club grew and competitions were organised from 1969 onwards.... The ACT Showjumping Club is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to promoting the sport of showjumping within the Canberra region of Australia. The club first started in the 80’s and incorporated in 1993. Its managed and operated by volunteers. They host regular training days, competitions, instructional clinics and social events. The Bennison Adult Riding Club Inc was founded in 1990 by Cindy Barker and Julie Walsh. For the Financial Year commencing 1 November 1990 there were six financial riding members and one financial non-riding member. Since then the Bennison Adult Riding Club Inc, which is affiliated with The Horse Riding Club Association of Victoria has increased its membership from that to approximately 45 members with more interest shown for membership at every meeting. ... Hawkesbury Riding Club (HRC) is holding its working bee and membership sign day this Saturday 4 February from 8.30am at the HRC Club Grounds, gate 5, Racecourse Road, Clarendon, NSW, regardless of the weather.
