EA Statement - Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games Dressage Nominations

On Tuesday 29 July, national dressage selectors identified the horse and rider combinations to be nominated for selection to the Australian Equestrian Team for the World Equestrian Games (WEG) 2014. 

In accordance with Australia’s WEG selection policy for dressage, non-selected athletes have three working days from the nominations made for the WEG team to lodge an appeal against the nominated team.

Equestrian Australia (EA) can confirm that during this period, Briana Burgess has lodged an appeal and this will be heard by an independent tribunal in due course.
