Ariat sponsors some of the world’s top equestrians and now Equestrian Australia (EA) is pleased to announce the leading apparel and footwear brand is joining its team of partners.

The sponsorship will see Ariat become a major partner of the organisation as well as the official apparel supplier of the Australian Equestrian Team, including the 130 strong team for the upcoming 2014 World Equestrian Games (WEG).

The team’s WEG uniform range will include both competition and casual wear and will offer a comfort feel and classic look that Ariat is renowned for, ensuring Australia’s athletes look the part both in and out of the arena.

Equestrian Australia CEO, Grant Baldock said the partnership was an exciting venture for the Australian team.
“Ariat is widely regarded as one of the leading manufacturers of equestrian apparel and this new partnership will be of great benefit to our elite riders.

“It’s important that our athletes look and feel their best when going into competition and thanks to Ariat we can offer our team a sophisticated look and quality uniform that will be distinctly Australian and in keeping with Ariat quality and comfort.

“A team uniform should evoke pride and unity and the uniform range being developed by Ariat is sure to inspire our athletes,” he said.

Director of operations for Ariat in Australia, Terry Donohue said the agreement was an exciting partnership.

“Being a part of the Australian Equestrian Team is a great fit, we are proud to sponsor such a strong team and we look forward to our partnership with them,” he said.
