The Queen has awarded a 21 year old Thames Valley Police horse with a Chief Constable's commendation at Royal Ascot. Clyde, a thoroughbred Clydesdale cross dark bay gelding, is the longest serving operational police horse in England and Wales. The horse has worked at Royal Ascot for the past 18 years.... Breed Shaping Dressage Sire Rohdiamant Dead

Eurodressage reports that the elite Oldenberg sire Rohdiamant has had to be euthanized following a comminuted fracture of the right short pastern which he sustained in the paddock. Even though he was successfully operated on, his condition worsened during his recovery and he was humanely put down. Rohdiamant is represented in Australia by his son Royston Rockstar who stands at Bennet Conn's property on the Gold Coast....
