Inglis Equine Art Prize Celebrates the Noble Thoroughbred

The 2011 winning entry by Kristin Hardiman from Thornleigh, NSW

Worth $18,000 the Inglis Equine Art Prize is a global art event held in Australia. This year 134 entries were received for the 2012 edition of the prize, which is themed ‘At the Track’.  34 works of art representing 30 artists across four countries have been chosen as the finalists.

The 2012 Inglis Equine Art Prize winner will be announced on 9 August and images of all finalists, the winner and runner-up, along with the judges comments will be posted on the Australian Art Sales website that evening.
