For sale: Cooper is a 16.1hh 7yo black thoroughbred gelding. He has stunning looks with a naturally uphill way of going. After retiring from racing, Cooper has spent the last 6 months spelling and has recently commenced his retraining. He has a good mouth and is very straightforward to ride. He is trainable and willing and will excel in any discipline from showing to eventing. He is happy to go over small jumps, and shows potential for jumping with both a brave and careful attitude.

Unfortunately Cooper can pull back when tied up. He is best brought straight in from the paddock, tacked up and then ridden without too much waiting around. When he is left to wait he can become quite anxious in either the stable or cross ties and this usually causes him to pull back. He is easy to catch and leads off a quad bike. Needs an experienced rider to deal with his behaviour on the ground.
