Spirit is approx 15hh, 16yo bay TB mare. She has been with her intermediate level rider for the last 4 years, and has been a wonderful horse. Well educated and easy to ride on the flat, she has done adult riding club, low level dressage and show jumping, and many clinics. She has also been used as lesson horse, for beginners (on the lunge) and intermediate riders, for flatwork, show jumping and cross country. That said, she would definitely prefer to have an owner that rides only her, and is intermediate level or above. Suited to a smaller, lighter rider, she is perfect for a teenager stepping up from a pony, or for a small adult to enjoy. She would also prefer not to jump over around 60-80cm. 
Spirit is fabulous on trails (her preferred activity!), and is forward moving with a soft mouth. Responsive to leg and seat aids, and likes a rider with kind hands. She has no vices under saddle, and is currently managed bare foot. Dental work up to date. 
Spirit is extremely easy to ride, but is not suited to a beginner or nervous rider . She travels well on a truck, but can be tricky on certain floats- generally smaller, darker ones. Easy to take out at competitions/ clinics. Easy to catch and handle on the ground. Does have some quirks- generally easily managed and happy to discuss.
This is an extremely reluctant sale, of a much loved horse, and care will be taken to ensure a perfect match. Her price is negotiable, but the home is not. $4000 neg
