Ragnar is a 16 hh 11-year-old bay thoroughbred. He has successfully competed 1* eventing and more recently has been teaching myself the ropes of eventing. He is a lovely horse, and we believe he has potential to progress up the eventing levels.

For the last three years he has had professional schooling and I have ridden and competed him in-between my final years of school. He has regularly attended jump club days, local dressage competitions, eventing competitions and numerous busy interschool events.

Ragnar is a talented and competitive jumper. He has spent the last couple of years eventing at 80cm and show jumping at 90cm while I have juggled university and other sporting commitments. He is a very capable showjumper and has the scope to go higher.

When on the cross-country course Ragnar knows his job. He is an honest and established cross-country horse who has looked after me even when I have given him a questionable stride!

The last couple of years have been spent focusing on his dressage and he has dressage eventing dressage scores up to 70% and placings at novice level. He is currently schooling half pass, shoulder in, travers, extensions and has started flying changes (schooling medium level).

Ragnar is a special horse who I have had a lot of fun riding. He requires a confident rider and would make an ideal mount for a competitive junior or adult rider looking for a talented and educated event horse to take them up the levels. Purely for sale due to university commitments.
