Irish is an athletic, energetic thoroughbred that is looking for an experienced rider to take him on. He would also make a great companion horse.
Irish is currently ridden twice a week by a teenage girl under strict supervision from a professional rider, who also rides him during the week.
He is forward moving and can get hot especially in the canter. He can be a little spooky however enjoys trail rides and walks around the property.
At times he can be difficult in the tie ups and for the farrier, but can also stand patiently when held or when other horses are around.
He is happy in the paddock on his own and is friendly to other horses.
Please no beginners, amateur riders or people with no experience with thoroughbreds. He will only suit experienced horse people.
