16.1 1/2 TB gelding born 19/09/2004.

Lui (So Gold) has successfully competed old 1 star (now 2 star) eventing, schooled over 3 star XC, SJ up to 120cm, elementary dressage (training medium). He is a very careful jumper, so would also be well suited to straight SJ.

Would be suited to a junior or amateur wanting a competitive SJ or eventer, or a dressage rider wanting to learn to jump. Or someone that does not have time or the facilities to SJ/XC train, and just wants a fuss-free horse to jump.

Currently, I am competing him elementary dressage, training medium and jumping him ev95cm at comps. I'm very nervous when it comes to jumping and he has been incredibly honest with me, jumping clear rounds even if I don't give him the perfect distance.

He is currently in full work and is fit and sound and we see no reason why he could not continue to be ridden at 1star/2 star level, but he is also happy going around 80/95cm tracks. Though there is nothing nasty about him, he is not bombproof and is a big fit horse so would not be suited to a beginner rider.

A lovely natured horse that is excellent to handle on the ground and out at events, can be tied to float all day with or without other horses.

We have owned Lui for 10 years, so very hard sale, asking 12k, negotiable to the right home.
