FOR SALE: Mothers Dream 'Toyboy' Schoolmaster. It is with a very heavy heart that I offer my beloved Toyboy for Sale. Toyboy came to me when I was searching for my next mount after my previous difficult Mare. I put a hold on a few things due to Covid, but whilst I have kept him in work, have ultimately made the difficult decision as I am looking to move towards straight SJ. Toyboy is a Grey, 14 y/o 16hh, OTTB Gelding. He has competed in Dressage & Showjumping however yet to do any trials due to Covid but have registered for some in 2021. He has had lots of exposure at numerous XC grounds, Pony Club, Adult Riders, Dressage & Jumping days. He is sensational on the flat and is a very quick learner. His laterals are wonderful and continues to surprise me every day. Whilst my passion is Jumping, I don't believe he is suited to anyone wishing to compete above Grade 3, or EVA 80/95. Although he can do it, he is more of a heavier horse and I think enjoys the lower level stuff. Ideally, I believe that he would be best suited to an Adult Rider or a Young teenager wishing to compete the lower grades and Pony Club, but essentially, a big confidence booster! He is easy to trail as a group or on his own, he also loves the beach. He self loads onto the float and easy to shoe/clip/catch ect. He has no dirt or nasties but can get fresh sometimes during spring or after some time off. He has been more than perfect for me, but I think now he is trying to keep up with me and everything I am wishing to do, and I do not feel this is fair on him. I owe this horse the world, and I can assure you that his next FOREVER home, is going to be very lucky to have this beautiful boy in your lives.
