We have too many horses and not enough time with my daughter doing her HSC.
Therefore sadly Jaffa is up for sale. He is a cracker galloway with a huge amount of talent but isn’t being ridden consistently anymore as we have no time.

Anyone can jump on him and take him up the trails or have a gallavant around on him even after a big break but he would need a more experienced rider to bring him back into regular arena work. No buck or bolt or nervousness, he just gets lazy and annoyed doing circles over and over.

He would make an ideal project for a teen or a trail horse for an adult, but we just don't have the time with young warmbloods and my daughter focusing on showjumping and her HSC.

He just LOVES going bush alone or with company and he has a low heart rate so potential as an endurance prospect.
He also loves the river, the beach, bareback, cross country and jumping... He is brilliant at liberty and in the past (not with us) has been taught to lay down, bow and broken to harness.

He has been to interschools, pony club, adult riding club, showjumping, dressage days. But just not in the past year. What he doesn't like is endless riding in the arena as he gets bored and lazy. So I'd prefer he went to a home that wants to do a bit of everything and anything. Or lots and lots of trails or around a farm as that is where he is happiest out and about exploring. My daughter has often jumped on him and gallavanted off to the cross country course on her own and then gone bush and always comes back with a grin. He's a so much fun!

He has developed the itch so a non itch home would be best. Beautiful feet, perfect conformation, dentist has said his teeth are prefect. Has been hendra vacc in the past but not in over a year so out of date. He is easy to float, great for farrier, loves a wash, ties up to anything patiently.

Please ask any questions as I really have a soft spot for this horse and I want him to go to the right home. If I didn't have so many young home bred horses needing work, I wouldn't part with him at all as he is one of those horses you can genuinely get on after a spell and head bush.

*** Video is of him last week being ridden after about 8 months in paddock. Just hopped straight on and this is how he was***
