Split is your ultimate gentle giant. A completely lovable, affectionate performance horse. Whilst he is a big boy, he is gentle around all humans (including little ones!), dogs and cats, and is rarely phased by anything unusual. 

Split started out as a trail riding/pleasure horse, however quickly took to dressage/eventing/showjumping with ease as a 5 yo. He has three very correct and impressive paces, an adjustable canter and careful jump and a brave attitude to boot! Whilst he has given many a novice rider a pleasure ride at home, he does know his job when he goes out and is forward and competitive. For this reason we would suggest no beginners.

Split is competitive at Prelim/Novice level dressage, EvA80 eventing and 80cm showjumping. He consistently scores high 60s/70 percent in dressage and has never had a stop or run-out in the jumping phases. He is schooling Elementary movements at home and has attended several EvA95 clinics in both cross country and showjumping, impressing all coaches he comes across with his ability, training and temperament. He has been brought on slowly and carefully so is a very confident competitor. 

Split will stand at the float or truck all day and is easy to yard and stable at events. He is easy to C/S/F and clip and has always been easy to handle. He is sound, healthy and ready to enjoy a rise through the ranks with a confident rider. The ONLY reason Split is for sale is that his owner enjoys schooling horses to this level and is ready to take on another one. 

We know Split will make someone very happy and will be a best friend for life.
