Tooravale Jambo (AKA Murphy)

Gorgeous Grey 13hh approx. Welsh B 9 year old gelding. Murphy has been the heart and soul of my daughter’s life the past 3 years and it is with real reluctance that we are looking at selling her best friend. Unfortunately, my daughter’s ability and legs have outgrown this awesome pony. Murphy is an absolute pleasure to have around – he has been handled by my daughter since she was 8 years old and has always looked after her. He will tie up all day, easy to handle on the ground, same home as out. Since we have had Murphy he has attended Pony Club and has been to countless Dressage, combined trainings, Show jumping’s and Horse trials. Murphy can also be ridden bare back and loves a trail ride. Murphy has never came home without a ribbon. My daughter has gone from grade 6 dressage all the way to the top of the field at Grade 4 PC and will most likely be stepping up to Grade 3 shortly. This year Murphy has Won the interschool VEIS freshman series and was coming first after RD 2 in the Boneo interschool series but then we decided to step him up to encouragers and he still came 4 th overall in the freshman series. He is currently winning the WGZ E Grade SJ series and the WGZ Grade 4 Dressage series.

Murphy is certainly not a beginner pony but would make a perfect 2 nd or 3 rd pony for a confident child in a knowledgeable horsey home. Murphy is kind and honest – but at the end of the day he is a pony. Murphy would compete successfully up to 75cm. Yes he can jump higher but this is his happy limit. Our main focus is finding Murphy the perfect fit as he is just far to special to be passed around and far to young to retire with us, as he has some much to teach his next little rider. We have endless videos and photos, which can be viewed for those with a genuine interest. Murphy will come with his saddle, bridle, rugs and boots. He will not be sold sight unseen!
