‘Barbie’ was bred for the show ring with sought after imported lineage. She has correct, straight conformation with stunning looks and is an incredibly flashy & eye catching type.
She has been lightly campaigned by her breeder/owner in showing and dabbled in dressage more recently.
She has come to us to get a little more experience with jumping and an introduction to life as a performance horse.
Soft mouth and an active way of going, she holds herself in a nice frame.
She is learning to open up a little more through her body to develop more ground cover & engagement.
Barbie loves to jump and has a super technique , she is still a little inexperienced in this area but shows good potential and a very willing attitude. She has been cc schooling and seemed to enjoy this. She has been jumping up to 80cm with talented junior rider and would be capable of competing at this level.
Generally good to handle, can be impatient at times but easily manageable.
Suitable as a neat allrounder or show pony for competent child or small adult. Alternatively suitable for breeding of either show or performance ponies. Can see her being a ripper pony for correct child.
