Whiskey is a lovely looking, good natured and well educated allrounder. The ultimate second pony!
Whiskey has jumped up to 70cm at Interschool competitions with scope to jump higher. He has a solid education and experience across a range of disciplines including showjumping, eventing, dressage and showing. He is relaxed and confident at home but requires a confident rider at events. Whiskey is familiar with dogs, farm machinery and stock.
Whiskey has been to the beach, enjoyed pony club and has attended busy ag shows. He is soft to ride and responsive to leg and voice. Whiskey does not spook, buck, bolt or rear. He is willing and happy to work, so would best suit a rider who has a balanced seat and independent hands - a ‘second horse’ for a confident novice child/teen or smaller adult rider.
Whiskey is straightforward to manage on the ground and is easy to catch, shoe, float and handle. He can be kept alone or in a herd environment and is respectful of fences.
Whiskey is sound and does not have any special management needs or medical issues. He is happy ‘barefoot’ and is a good doer.
Whiskey has been a fantastic riding school pony for the last year, he now deserves his own person. He is for sale due to financial reasons.
