Willowcroft Decadance – ‘Teddy’ is a 12yo (DOB 5/10/12), 13.3hh, bay gelding. Registered RP and SHC. Teddy has done a bit of everything in his life, he started off at a professional show home, then was sold to a show/Pony Club home, before being sold to his current owners a few years ago. He is a very stylish pony and will have a go at anything. Teddy is used to dogs all around him, farm machinery, and every facet of competition life. He loves to jump and is very confident around the jump course. Teddy has attended many Pony club camps over the last few years and is a regular at Pony club rallies. He has done a bit of stock work around the farm too and is used to being ridden along the river and behind the cattle. Teddy is very good with children of all ages and probably goes better for kids than he does for adults. He has never bucked, bolted or reared for anyone. Teddy is very well educated and goes in a lovely soft frame, can be saddled/bridled by anyone without any issues. No dirt even after a spell, it can be months between rides and he just walks off like he was ridden the day before. Due to Teddy’s big movement, he is probably not suited to a beginner. He is a mild windsucker, he will occasionally windsuck when he is confined to a small yard or tied up. Teddy’s current owners’ eldest daughter is now away at boarding school, so the two older girls are sharing a bigger stockhorse; this means Teddy is now looking for a new home.
