The time has come to unfortunately put this big, beautiful boy on the market. Doc is a 9yr old black warmblood gelding by the well-renowned Grand Prix dressage stallion, Lauries As.
Standing at 17.2hh Doc has an eye catching presence and big movement, which has allowed him to excel in both the dressage and show ring. Regularly scoring over 70% throughout his career, Doc has many accolades to his name including being part of the 2020 & 2021 QLD Talent recognition squad and 2022 Elementary Champion at CDG Championship.
He is a very easy horse to own, extremely cuddly and has been handled by amateurs with no issues. He is very laid back in nature but does occasionally spook. For this reason and due to his size I would not recommend him for beginners.
Doc has been ridden out on trails (by himself and with other horses), open fields, by the road, indoor/ outdoor arenas with no trouble. Also showing no nastiness when being ridden by riders of varying abilities.
Doc is currently training most medium movements and is ready for his next rider to take him on.
Very sad sale for a very special horse. Price is negotiable to the right home.
