Pier Gynt Nautilus F is a 7yr old (20/11/14) 15.2hh chestnut gelding breed with the same cross as World Cup Holsteiner stallion Wirrigulla Nicklaus ( sire line Falkrich out of a Raynick bred Trakener mare).
He is a beautiful type with lovely straight movement. Well educated on the flat with an extremely Brave, careful and competitive jump.
He was brought along slowly at home during Covid. He started his competitive jumping career in January this year and has progressed from 75cm to winning a 110cm Grand Prix in just 7 shows.
He has the scope to be a very successful juniors or amateur mount and should jump competitively to 130cm with ease. He would suit anyone who is looking for a kind competitive horse to keep them in the winners circle
Nautilus has a lovely soft willing temperament and is quiet and easy to handle but he is a sensitive soul with a very soft mouth, he can be spooky and gains his confidence from his rider. Therefore he needs a kind confident, well balanced rider to continue producing him up the grades.
He is 100% sound with no blemishes, good to handle, transport, stable, and shoe, always the first at the gate. Doesn't need to be ridden every day or worked down. Happy to hack out. He was also a lovely mount out on the hunt field during Covid.
A honest, kind, genuine horse willing to please.
Only on the market as his rider is gathering budget to buy a YR horse.
