"Golden Leo" (DOB 2/11/2012) went from never having seen a XC jump (July 2020) to winning his first 2* ODE (October 2021) in just over 1 year.

With several wins to his name, he has only been placed outside of the top 10 once, from all his eventing starts.

Dressage:  Leo has led the dressage at ~40% of his eventing starts with scores up to 73.9%.   

He stands out from the crowd, has plenty of arena presence, and the judges love to reward him with great marks.

Currently competing official Advanced Dressage & Qualified to compete FEI Small Tour dressage.

Well established: flying changes, shoulder in, travers, renvers, half pass in trot & canter & extensions.

Cross Country:  Leo is bold, honest, fast and easy to ride XC.

Leo moved up the grades quite quickly, we then spent 2022 consolidating his 2* XC jump knowledge & exposure.  He is now absolutely confident with all the XC jumps:  Water, ditches, skinnies/arrowheads, corners/apexes, bank drop to skinnies, up bank bounce to jump, angled combinations and related lines.  Leo is qualified and ready to start 3* Eventing.

Show Jumping:  Leo is a bold but careful show jumper who loves his job and loves to jump.  Confidently competing 1.15m - 1.2m courses.

My jumping coaches really like Leo's jumping technique, attitude and enthusiasm and both coaches agree he definitely has the scope to keep jumping higher and moving up the star classes.   
Leo is only suitable for experienced riders.
