Florenz is already a serious FEI small tour contender, this gelding has all the quality for Grand Prix. Genuine sale of a much loved horse.

With the help of Viola Abrahams, Florenz was purchased in March 2019. He was a 5 year old, 16.1hh Hanoverian gelding by Foundation, out of a St Moritz mare, with some light competition as a young horse under his belt.

Arriving in May 2019, Florenz competed at 3 shows in September and October, and managed to win 5 out of 6 tests, earning the State Novice Championship, QLD Novice Horse of the Year and selection on QLD State Talent Squad.

Of course, 2020 was interrupted by Covid-19, but Florenz managed to win a Medium Championship title at Fraser Coast Championships, and won QLD State Elementary and Medium Champion and earnt re-selection on State Talent Squad.

In 2021, Florenz won 3 Advanced Regional titles, QLD State Advanced Champion, their maiden Prix St George with 75%, and 2 National Performance Gold Medals.

2022 saw Florenze gain Small Tour Championship wins at Tamworth, Toowoomba, the QLD Dressage Riders Series and re selection on State Squad, before Florenz changed rider/ trainer from Nicole Tough to Matthew Dowsley securing a 76% at a local NSW show in February 2023 and going on to win numerous tests at Inter 1/ PSG level.
