Deeks aka "Warrawee Royal Decree" is a 14yo 16.2hh (approx) registered arabian warmblood gelding by Royal Hit out of Warrawee Azuree.

Deeks has competed prelim dressage with a previous owner, and level 4 ARC dressage with his current owners son. He has been to Ag shows, and attended regular lessons where he has been schooling novice and some elementary work.

At his first show, his owners son won champion local rider, as well as champion led show hunter and he came 2nd at his first dressage competition in a very large field of horses!

Well, there is no denying Deeks is a good looking rooster! That shiny chestnut with loads of bling combined with a beautiful front end absolutely oozes presence! He is a chunky type with good paces, and a definite wow factor not to be overlooked for dressage or showing!

On the flat, Deeks is very consistent in the rhythm, he is probably a little more woah than go naturally, but is happy to get moving when asked. He is relatively supple and even both ways, good over the back and works easily in a frame. He is straight forward to ride, and suitable for a range of riders based on this. He would be fun to learn on, but also could continue up the dressage ranks with an ambitious rider.

Deeks does need a somewhat bossy handler on the ground as he can be a little in you face and pushy at times, but nothing serious. He is good to do all the general stuff with including for the farrier but on occasion might be feeling cheeky to catch but is VERY easily persuaded with a bucket!

Deeks is easy to have around the farm, he is affectionate with people, and has been friendly with other horses without being clingy. He has been paddocked alone, stabled, yarded and a previous owner ran him in a group with no dramas. He is not a fussy eater and a very good doer!

Deeks is a pretty cool customer and has been successfully piloted by grade 4/5 riders. He is pretty easy to ride and not too spooky or silly, so suitable for a wide range of riders. Deeks likes variety in his workload so including poles, dressage and hacking is a nice mix for him. He is happy with a couple of rides per week, or full work, it depends what you want to get out of him! This is a genuine sale of a very special, much loved equine friend!
