Fursten Hit (Imp) 13/07/2008 17.2hh Furst Romancier x Saint Helena (Sandro Hit) Fursten Hit aka Mushu has been a part of my life for the past 7 years. When I first started riding Mushu it was for lovely clients, the Burt’s, while I was riding for Heath and Rozzie Ryan. For the Burt’s I competed Mushu through to Small tour dressage and then on to Medium tour dressage. As it often does when riding for clients the time came when they decided it was time to find Mushu a new home. I had fallen in love with this big gentle giant and wasn’t ready to pass him on to a new rider so with mum and dads help we bought him. At the next Auction of the Stars we sold 6 horses from our breeding program to make this dream come true. Over the next few years we have been working our way up to Grand Prix. Getting our first Grand Prix start in 2021. Mushu was the second horse I have competed Grand Prix on and the first I felt I had really had been a big part in producing. Since getting Mushu we have competed all over Australia at some of the biggest competitions in big atmospheres where we have come home with countless placings and rugs! It has been a wonderful journey. Now after a few years Grand Prix with Mushu while he is still in his prime I am looking to find him a new rider to go on a journey with him. It will be very hard to see him move on but I am very much looking forward to following the progress he makes with his next rider.
