Height: 16.1hh
Age: 7
Breed: Warmblood
Sire and Dam: Calgary GNZ x Irish Sport Horse
Registrations: EA
Discipline: Eventing and showjumping
Rider suitability: Intermediate
Location: Kalbar, Queensland

Before coming to Rangeview, Niamh was owned by a rider in her 70’s who was competing her EVA 95 in Queensland. She is currently schooling 105 showing scope over the fences. Niamh has established flat work, is unfazed by showjumping fill or the challenges of a cross country course. She is adjustable and soft to ride. Niamh is ready to move up to 1* with a capable rider.

Naimh is a well started mare with a solid flatwork and jumping education. Her owner deliberately took her slowly to allow her to mature and she is ready to compete in either eventing or showjumping. Niamh is beginner safe and a straightforward ride but we believe that her talent deserves a rider who can take her up through the levels. With a sire such as Calgary and the substance and stamina of her Irish Sport Horse mother, she is bound to succeed.

Naimh is without vices, medical issues or special management requirements.

SIRE - Calgary GNZ:

Calgary GNZ (Imp) Bay Mature 17 hh + ACE Premium

Holstein royalty is the best way to describe Calgary GNZ. His sire Casall ASK is one of the world’s leading sport horses – winning multiple Global Champions Tour events as well as numerous Grand Prix’s and placing at the FEI World Cup finals in 2012.

Casall ASK has recently retired after a stellar career, world championship, the olympic games and the Global Tour. Calgary’s dam Countess competed in Germany, USA and Canada having great success before retiring. Her sire is Calato a great sire and rated even higher as a broodmare sire, Countess descends from the famed Stamm 173 (Vase/Ramzes) which is responsible for producing Capital, a stallion who still has a major impact on the sport.

Calgary GNZ has outstanding conformation, he is a very tall athletic horse with flashy markings and a strong colour. Calgary shows tremendous movement and athleticism with great work ethic. Calgary GNZ has stepped up to World Cup level and continues to go from strength to strength in the competition arena, and as a sire is proving to produce superior sporthorses, many of which are currently performing internationally at a high level in all olympic disciplines.

Oxlea Niamh is available to view at Rangeview Farm Equestrian. Rangeview has formed to showcase a range of eventing and showjumping horses. We have our sights set on becoming THE premiere sales and performance horse barn in the Southern hemisphere. Our heart beat is to select, produce and campaign horses to the best of their abilities and recognize each one as an individual and valuable athlete.
