Kinnordy GR Gusto - Aka Gus

Everyone needs to have a horse like this in their time as a rider. He is a parents dream horse for a teenager <3

Gus is a 16.1hh, 16 y/o, Hannovarian Warmblood, by Gymnastik Star and out of Kinnordy Granau. His bloodlines definitely show in his movement. Gus has 3 lovely paces and a scopey jump, with a quick mind and curious character along with great looks to top it all off. I have often recieved compliments at competitions and outings to tell me how beautiful my horse is. We are currently doing elementary movements together in training, but haven't taken him out to any official dressage comps at that level, as eventing is my focus. Gus has a picture perfect jump, which is incredibly comfortable to ride. We have competed at 105cm showjumping and trained bigger at home. He loves his jumping and cross country and when he gets a connection to you, he will help you out as much as he can. You can get him into the stickiest distances and he will jump you out of them clear and safe. I take him for rides out on the roads by himself and is unfased by cars and other vehicles, can be wary of other live stock though.

Along with more than ideal traits under saddle, he has a very friedly nature. He has the most curious and kind personality and a love for just spening time with you in the paddock (I hope the last photo show you what kind of personality he has). He is fine to be paddocked alone or with others, but like most horses, would prefer a friend.

He is the perfect horse for someone to learn on, whether the rider is a child or an adult getting back into riding. However, he has been ridden by teenage girls for most of his life, who he has taught an incredible amount. He shows you when you aren’t doing something right without being naughty (no bucking, rearing, bolting, biting), and rewards you when you get it right! In the 2+ years i have had him, he has taught me so much. Couldn't think of a better horse for someone to grow on, whether that's in dressage, showjumping or eventing.
