Dressage
Pie has scored up to 74% in the dressage phase at 2* level and over 69% at her last two events. She has a comprehensive dressage education to elementary level and has mastered many medium movements. Pie willingly collects, is balanced, light and soft to ride.
Showjumping
Pie is responsive and adjustable, competitive against the clock. She is trustworthy around the course and doesn’t stop. Pie has successfully competed up to 120cm.
Cross Country
Pie is bold and honest cross country. She has had ZERO cross country jump penalties in 10 out of her last 12 starts at 2* level. Link to video - Melbourne International Cross Country
Pie absolutely loves jumping, and is a bold cross country horse. She is very clever and quick with her feet, will jump nearly anything off any angle and any stride. Pie can always be trusted to bring her rider home safely.
Pie is a wonderful example of the modern performance horse being compact, athletic and refined. Her paces display elasticity and activity suitable to progress up the star levels.
Pie is a willing and responsive mare who is also honest and aims to please. She is quiet and unflappable to ride and handle. Pie is patient and tolerant of rider and handler mistakes. She is not at all marey’, she enjoys socialising with other horses and is fun to have around.
Pie is patient and well mannered on the ground to rug, wash, shoe etc. She is very easy to travel in either a float or truck and self loads onto the float.
Pie is vice free, injury free and issue free.
Pie is an absolute delight! She has been owned by her current rider since she was an unbroken 2 year old and is dearly loved. Unfortunately, her owner/ rider does not have enough time for university, work and riding four horses. Sadly, this means that she has decided to find a wonderful home for Pie.
Pie would suit a competitive junior or adult rider who is looking for a straightforward and competitive horse to move up the eventing star levels.
