Lemmermuir Kingswood (Rex) is by none other than the 6yo and 7yo World Young Horse Champion, Kjento.

Kjento won the first round of the PAVO Cup semi-final in 2019 after which he finished in a fantastic second place in the final. He also scored very well in the stallion competition with top rankings in Kronenberg, Ermelo and Zuidbroek. In the final he managed to finish in a very nice second place with only 1 point away from the win. 

During the stallion presentation of the KWPN stallion selection in Ermelo in 2021, Kjento achieved the ultimate 10 for his trot and a 9.5 for the canter. He finished at the top with a total of 90 points.

In 2021, Kjento was crowned FEI World Champion of the 6-year-old dressage horses at the World Championships in Verden. With a total percentage of 96%, Lottie and Kjento were the absolute favorites of the judges, and also of the audience!

Rex is (ET) out of our divine foundation mare Flowervale Jiselle (Jerveaux KWPN, Zeoliet KWPN, Ferro KWPN). Flowervale Jiselle has recently been started under saddle, showing impressive movement and excellent temperament, which she passes on to her foals. In the recent Hanoverian tour, upon her assessment, Dr. Axel Brockmann commented on her excellent type and confirmation. Jiselle is currently in training with Paralympian Nathan Harvey and looking to begin her competition career shortly.

Rex is a breathtaking colt who is destined to be a superstar in the dressage arena. He was awarded Silver foal in the 2024 Hanoverian assessment. 

Rex is very quiet and straightforward to handle. He has been groomed, wormed, tied up, washed, feet done, floated and is easy to catch. Rex is a very friendly little guy who is tolerant of new situations while being inquisitive and ready to learn.
