Currents is a beautiful type of filly with powerful and balanced paces. Currents is by the Warmblood stallion Contendro 1. Contendro 1 had progeny competing at the highest level in all three Equestrian disciplines. He has been ranked number 1 Eventing Stallion in the world and is the sire of current Olympic Gold Medalist Fischer Chipmunk ridden by Michael Jung. Contendro 1 is also the sire of Grand Prix dressage horses and Grand Prix showjumpers.

Currents dam has Grand Kavalier, Salute, Pride of Kelina and King of Babylon lines. All these lines are well known producers of performance horses in all three Olympic disciplines. Currents dam Gretta had great paces and an exceptional jump. 

Currents was bred with Eventing in mind but she shows movement and athleticism which should allow her to excel in whichever direction her new owner wishes to go in.
