Avonlea Snowman

Rising 8yo Warmblood by Bellario out of an imported Dressage bred mare.

Snowman is an exceptional, careful showjumper with experience competing up to 125-130cm in both Junior and Open events. He is the perfect partner for Juniors, Childrens, Amateurs, or any rider—competitive or not— looking for a talented and reliable horse. He always gives 110% in jump-offs and is genuine, willing and just a pleasure to own and handle.

On the flat, he has a solid foundation with established flying changes, leg yield, half pass, side pass, and more, making him a well-rounded and versatile athlete.

Snowman was originally bred for dressage but found his calling in showjumping with me. However, his exceptionally flashy movement and natural athleticism make him highly suited for dressage or eventing . He has effortlessly completed two EVa 95 eventing competitions, demonstrating his grace, power, and expressive movement on the flat. With his versatility and talent, he has the potential to excel in multiple disciplines.

Snowman has been an incredible partner, taking me from 90cm classes to my first Juniors and my first 120cm win. He holds a special place in our hearts, and finding the right home for him is very important to us.

Beyond his talent, Snowman is an absolute gentleman—the friendliest horse in the paddock with a kind, willing nature. He is easy to catch, shoe, float, and a joy to have in every way.
