4yo liver chestnut gelding mat 16.2hh. A super well bred young boy, Sam is by Baluga (IMP) from Jaybee Lady Gloria, who’s by Lord Sinclair from the imported mare Glorioux making his dam a half sister to Jaybee Alabaster.
Sam has 3 lovely, elastic paces. The walk is long with plenty of over track, the trot is loose and bouncy with suspension and the canter is expressive and uphill.
Sam is one of the most trainable and willing young horses I’ve had, I simply can’t say enough about how rideable he is. He’s very sweet to handle, like a big teddy bear he loves attention. Sam will be ready for the YH classes in 2020 and would ideally suit the ambitious amateur or YR looking for a quality, uncomplicated young horse. Sam would also suit the most astute eventer looking for a top prospect as he has it all - breeding, paces and super jump
