Stunning FEI Small Tour (Inter I and Prix St Georges) Dressage & Sydney 3DE 2* Eventing Winner.

Sandhills Tango is a 17hh, 12 year old (DOB 20/10/2009), bay, Warmblood, gelding.
By Staccato out of a Jive Magic mare.

Located at Belmont, Brisbane. 

Tango has had many, many wins at every Eventing level from Intro through to (new) 2* Star.

Tango has also had wins at official Dressage levels from Elementary through to Inter I.

Tango completed his first official FEI Inter I dressage test in June 2021 for a score of 62.7%.  
He is now qualified to compete FEI Inter A, Inter B and Inter II.
He has started training passage and working on half steps/piaffe. 

Tango is a magnificent, stand out from the crowd horse with exceptional paces and a great jumping technique.  He is very charismatic, an absolute sweetheart and loves spending time with people for cuddles, treats and scratches.  Tango would be suitable for a confident teen, inter school or adult rider. 

Tango is almost unbeatable up to 1* Eventing, he usually scores around 75% in the dressage (sometimes up to 80%) and jumps well around this height.  Tango is qualified for 3* Eventing.  

Tango is completely sound and still very suitable for Eventing,
I just made the decision in early 2020 to focus on progressing his Dressage levels.

I have been incorporating regular jumping sessions as cross training for his dressage work, so he is still fit and capable with his jumping. 


No previous performance injuries or soundness issues, clean X-rays from my PPE in 2016, vet checks welcome.
