Silver is a 13h grey Welsh/Arab X, a little champion just turned 22 years young who does not act/look his age and has been extensively competed in showjumping, Xcountry and sporting both in Pony Club and open competition. Silver is a responsive, forward pony and would best suit an intermediate to advanced child or small adult rider.

Silver is easy to catch (comes running up to you), shoe, worm and float (self loads). 

He is a superb showjumper (graded D at Pony Club and jumping up to 90cms at home) and a fast sporter who has always brought home lots of prizes and ribbons.  He is very relaxed on trails and in new environments- he has been there done that and is an absolute delight to spend time with.  When not in regular work, Silver can be cold backed but a good lunge prior to getting on fixes it.

Silver has been with us for 3 years. I bought him for my daughter when she was 10 but she has lost interest. I have been riding him on trails in the last few weeks and he does not put a foot wrong. He is in excellent health.

This is a very reluctant sale and he will only be sold to a kind, empathetic rider. Silver comes with all his rugs free of charge, as well as his jumping saddle by negotiation.
