Penny is a rising 7-year-old approximately 14.1hh registered Welsh D mare. Penny has been impeccably bred by the Pen-nant stud with imported blood lines. Penny is out of the same dam as Pen-nant Fire Cracker who has competed very successfully on the pony dressage circuit at medium level.

Dam: Pen-nant Gay Girl

Penny has been professionally started and exposed to a variety of outings. She has attended local HRCAV rallies, trail rides both in company and alone, and her first competition environment at Shirley Heights Training Day where she scored 65% in her Preliminary test. Penny has a soft snaffle mouth and a naturally round way of going. Penny is easy to take out and enjoys variety in her work. Penny has 3 correct paces and is beginning to develop some lateral movements in her training. Penny would make a fantastic dressage or show pony with her striking looks. Equally she would do well as an allrounder pony at HRCAV.

Penny is good to handle on the ground and enjoys being around people. She self-loads on the horse float, is easy to worm, trim and catch. Penny is comfortable around traffic, quad bikes and dogs.

Penny would suit a confident and capable rider to continue her education.

Genuine reason for sale as I am relocating to Melbourne for work. Penny is a much-loved pony, so a good home is of utmost importance.
