Exceptional stallion by world famous sire Rubinstein I whose career is marked by tremendous highlights as runner-up of the stallion performance test, winner of the Optimum of Westphalian Riding Horses in Munster in 1990 & I-a main premium winner in Oldenburg plus federal vice-champion of 6yo dressage horses in Verden in 1992. He is a phenomenal producer of both licensed stallions, mares & dressage horses.
At his performance test in Adelheidsdorf, Rotspon came first overall & first in dressage. He has a character & temperament score of 9, conformation score of 8, jumping ability score of 8 & rideability scores of 9 & 10. He has a walk score of 8, his trot is also very high at 8.33. His canter score of 9 puts him well above the average.
Rotspon is very elegantly made with a noble black colour with a lot of expression and great appearance. He is big-framed with good riding horse points, a lot of substance & correct conformation. Besides his extraordinary dressage he also has a good jumping result. Apart from his famous sire, Rubinstein 1, Rotspon also has a great pedigree on his dam side; Argentan by Absatz & Paragona by Pik Bube.
Rotspon has spectacular movement, a beautiful temperament, outstanding ability & incredible rideability as do his foals.
His foals have beautiful heads, good conformation (long sloping shoulder & long well set neck) and are equipped with elastic trots & ground covering walks. He has 17 licensed sons, 138 state premium mares, 531 main studbook mares, & 215 auction horses.
