he is a laid back Percheron gelding He currently stands at 15.3hh and seems to still be growing (he string tests at 16.3).He was started slowly using natural horsemanship. As a result, he has responsive handling on the ground. He knows how to move away from pressure, bend, flex, drift, and use his core. He loves to trail ride and seems like he might have an interest in working cattle occasionally. He loads, stands for the farrier and vet, is easy to catch in the field and is the kind of horse that would do well with a single constant rider. Because he is young and green he would do best for a confident rider working with a trainer. He has more whoa than go but has a nice rocking horse canter. He’s brave on the trail and not spooky. he is curious and goofy and lives for scratches on his chest and down his shoulder. He’s got an incredibly thick tail and a nice long mane and forelock. I would consider him green broke at this point in time. He has had about four months of professional training and the rest of his rides have been done by me, an adult (super) amateur.
