Dark brown/black 16hh, rising 9yo Australian Stockhorse gelding.
Successfully competing at EvA 105 (1*) eventing, Elementary dressage and 105-110cm show jumping. Attends regular clinics and lessons for dressage, show jumping and cross-country training. He is very careful and regularly places at pure show jumping and dressage. He wears a snaffle bit in all three phases and is a pleasure to take away to competitions, requiring no working down or lunging. He will occasionally spook at new things so is not suitable for beginners.
He is great to float, shoe, worm, rug etc. A very sound horse with vet checks welcome. He does not need riding every day, is fine after a spell and being ridden on his own. He has no vices and is used to motorbikes, dogs, tractors etc.
Reluctantly for sale as I have other younger horses coming on and do not have time to work multiple horses. I feel his talent is also being hampered by his inept, 50 yo rider!! He is EA life registered, fully shod and in work at present, and will only be sold to a knowledgeable home. He is located near Ladysmith (Wagga Wagga) southern NSW. More photos and videos available.
