Smudge is a horse who loves going to clinics and going for trail rides. He's up for anything if you are - he loves going for a swim and cantering bareback. Smudge is the horse you could chuck anybody on and he would look after them, even my dad who knows nothing about horses or riding has ridden him bareback around the paddock. He's always a pleasure to be around, Smudge is fantastic to clip, shoe, wash, float, stable, and camp at competitions. He's great with other horses and is good at leading them while you're riding him. Smudge is soft, reliable, and an easy ride. 

The previous owner is a great rider who competed him in eventing. She bought Smudge from a breeder who broke him in herself and continued to bring him in and out of work for three years until he matured. Smudge has never shown any signs of bucking, bolting, rearing, or any undesirable behaviour.

He always tries his best for his rider and always wants pats and cuddles whenever he can get one or many. However, the current owner is selling Smudge due to losing interest in riding. She has had Smudge since she was 11 years old and he has taken care of her during that time.  He deserves someone who will love him. It’s a very sad sale as he is like a best friend to anyone who meets him.
