Luna is an ASH*welsh (registered ASH).
Luna’s main rider has been my teenage daughter, who has taken her to pony club, trail rides, and plenty of bareback fun around the property. Luna shows great potential in dressage and jumping and would do well in any discipline. She is attentive and awake, making her easy to work with and teach new tasks. I do liberty work with her, which she picked up very quickly. She has extremely comfortable gaits and responds well to aids. Since my daughter is no longer interested in riding, we have decided she will have a better life with someone else. We are looking for a home with someone who will ride her regularly and wants a best friend to connect with. She is best suited to a calm and confident, intermediate rider. I have had beginners on her and she has taken kids over their first jumps and for their first canters at our place where she feels at home, but Luna works best for an experienced horse home and is not a beginner horse. She thrives on groundwork, connection, and natural horsemanship. We want her to be with (or in a paddock next to) other horses and at a home intending to keep her for life, not just as a stepping stone to a bigger horse.
