Please read all. As this flashy girl is in need of a good home that will show her full potential. She will be listed else wear.
Dreamer is an Australian Stock Horse Mare, 13 years old and 14.2 h . I’ve only recently brought Dreamer from ANDREW WILSON & CO online auction and was told that (Dreamer has done mustering, a couple of drafts and trail riding. She’s a very handy mare to have around with no buck and a very soft mouth, lovely and responsive. Good to catch, trim, float, wash etc). That seemed not be the case in some area’s.
She is good on the lunge, sensitive to the whip but when using your hand she’s very responsive. She got along with my gelding fine and my other mare over the fence. She picks up all of her feet. She settled in okay, she was a little nervous when she first arrived but she got over that quickly. She loves head scratches. When being caught she’s good. She also rugs without a problem. She is lean but I’ve been working on fattening her up, she also came to me with bots but I’ve given her wormer to help get rid of those.
However she is rideable, but when riding she needs an experienced rider with a heavy hand to show her who’s boss. So absolutely no beginners/intermediate riders.
She is forward moving but easy to pull up, can get very impatient if standing for a long time. As shown in video she has a nice canter with a smooth stop. Also hold her head quite nicely. My experience with owning her that she loves to be out of an arena and doing a job. With saying that she can be hot headed, no buck or spook.
So only the best of homes, I love this little girl to bits but due to school, and not having enough experience or time to be working with her its hard for me to keep her and train her to her full potential. Will be working her during the time she’s up for sale. Please message me for more videos or any questions, will only be selling to the best of homes. More Videos can be shown upon request. This is a hard decision for me but its in best interest for her.
