Larka (Highland Kildoelar) is a 16.2hh 15-year-old Irish Sport Horse. This beautiful gelding is up for sale due to rider’s other full-time commitments.

Larka has a fantastic work ethic and delight to be around. Competing up to 1* (old Pre-novice) Larka would be the ideal horse to take a junior or adult rider up the grades. He has a beautiful form in the dressage arena and a competitive horse, he always tries his best no matter the discipline. He is a careful boy in show jump arena with power and balance and is bold on cross country keeping up with the time with ease always brining his rider home safely with a smile.

Larka is a pleasure to have in our paddock easy to catch, shoe, float etc. Being located on a farm Larka is comfortable around machinery and other animals with an all-round no-fuss attitude. He is an easy horse to have out at events and does not object to being alone at the float etc. Further he is a low maintenance and is fine to come back into work after time out. He is a versatile horse and would be appropriate for a nervous or competent rider in any discipline.

Due to riders busy schedule and Covid-19 Larka has been in light-medium work.

Vet check welcome and can be sold with gear at buyers’ expense.
