16hh, 12yo brown warmblood mare. By Diarado out of an Argentinus mare. 

Duchess is a dream to own. She loves her job and is an amazing feel to ride. Successfully competed up to 130m, she’s had so many wins and placings, I call her my Ferrari. Previously owned and competed by a junior and now regularly ridden by 16yo here at home and around farm to keep my younger horses company. Superb on the flat with super fancy movement, she would do a stunning dressage test. Brave and honest jumper who is quick against the clock. A dream to take out, no silliness in the warmup and stands and waits her turn. Trail ride, farm ride etc. easy to catch, shoe, float, truck, worm, teeth. etc. 

Forward thinking and powerful moving so needs someone who is comfortable with the power. Absolutely no dirt whatsoever. 

Duchess has had 2 foals in her earlier years. One by ET and one live. The ET, “Cil Dara Bombay S” is currently in the UK eventing with Isobel English and placed 5th in the 6yo division of the 2023 Eventing Young Horse World Championships!

Fancy enough to be a straight dressage horse, would excel in CT and would definitely event! Duchess would make the ultimate amateurs or interschool mount. Sound and ready to show her next rider the ropes. Very sad sale but I need to downsize.
