The MLR Memorial Rodeo and Stallion Service Auction is being held in honour of Mick Hecksher, who passed from Melanoma Cancer at age 50. Two other cowboys are also being honoured: Lachlan Hornery, who also lost his battle with cancer, and Roy Kelly who passed away in 2008. A large percentage of the proceeds raised during this event are being donated directly to the Cancer Foundation to assist in research to find a cure to Melanoma Cancer....
